The N.C. Bar Foundation funds public interest work and recently awarded a $2,000 grant to the Law School’s Elder Law Clinic. The grant will be placed in the Clinic’s Client Needs Fund and will be used to pay for clients’ court costs and litigation expenses.
The Foundation recently released a video spotlighting the Elder Law Clinic as one of the many worthy programs that it funds. The clip includes interviews with Clinic Professor Kate Mewhinney and 3L student, Sam Pinero. Click here to view the video and learn more about the Elder Law Clinic.
