Professor Carol Anderson, Director of Wake Forest University School of Law’s Trial Practice, Litigation Clinic, and Judicial Extern Programs, has been invited to lecture on Direct and Cross Examination at the annual Building Trial Skills: National Session sponsored by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) in Colorado. Up to 80 participants from the United States, Mexico, South Africa and Ireland will be immersed in NITA’s intensive learning-by-doing method. It is the equivalent of 10 years of courtroom experience compressed into two weeks.
Only the best NITA instructors in America are invited as Special Faculty for this workshop. Professor Anderson has taught regularly at NITA’s Southeast Regional workshops in Chapel Hill (1989 – present) and has been an in-house instructor using the NITA method for the U. S.
