Wake Forest University School of Law professors Christine Coughlin and Kate Mewhinney will lead the next alumni Lifelong Learning program from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28, in Room 1101 of the Worrell Professional Center.
They will discuss the importance of planning ahead for successful aging and help participants prepare for the legal challenges that come with growing older. Topics will include saving time and trouble with financial powers of attorney, understanding Medicaid, long term care insurance, end-of-life decision making and recent developments and proposed laws affecting those 60 and older.
