Professor Dick Schneider is quoted in The Charlotte Observer on the environmental impact of rulings on recent Clean Air Act violations.
The Tennessee Valley Authority agreed Thursday to spend up to $5 billion to clean up its coal-fired power plants in three states, resolving air pollution claims North Carolina made in a 2006 lawsuit.
