As events leading to the mistrial in the John Edwards campaign corruption trial unfolded Thursday afternoon, WFDD’s Kathryn Mobley spoke with Carol Anderson, law professor at Wake Forest University and director of the law school’s Litigation Clinic. Her recent book is titled “Inside Jurors’ Minds: A Hierarchy of Juror Decision-Making.”
