Former Law Professor Tom Roberts Publishes 6th Edition of Casebook

Former Law Professor Tom Roberts, who retired from teaching after 33 years at the Wake Forest University School of Law in May, 2010, has published the 6th edition of his casebook, Cases and Materials on Land Use.
Tom Roberts is a nationally recognized authority in land use law, with a particular expertise in constitutional property rights litigation. The six editions of his casebook have been used in over 100 law schools across the country.
Tom has served in leadership positions in the Section of State and Local Government Law of the ABA including as chair of the section. Prior to coming to Wake Forest, Tom was an Assistant Dean and Adjunct Professor of Law at the Ohio State University College of Law, and he was in private practice with Porter, Stanley, Platt & Arthur, of Columbus, Ohio. Before law school, he served in the Peace Corps in Ecuador.
