Elder Law Clinic has busy fall semester

The Elder Law Clinic has had a busy fall semester.  Students working in the clinic have tackled a variety of cases with energy and intellect, according to Clinic Director Kate Mewhinney.

“Their clients needed help with will drafting, consumer debt liabilities, disability insurance, home insurance, real estate short sales, deeds of correction, and more,” she explained.
