Adrienne A. Brown, Vice President & Chief Counsel, Business + Information Solutions and Records Management, PepsiCo, will present a lecture, “Practice Perspectives from a PepsiCo Lawyer,” from 12 – 1 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 26 at Wake Forest Law in Room 1302 for law students as a part of the Learn@Lunch series. The Business Law Program and Business Law Society co-sponsor the new series for students.
Adrienne A. Brown is the VP and chief counsel supporting Business Information Solutions – the global IT division of PepsiCo. She is responsible for providing counsel around a number of critical technology initiatives including transformation, contract negotiation, vendor management, productivity, records management and cybersecurity.
The Learn@Lunch program allows students to learn from distinguished professionals on a range of legal issues during lunch. The program employs technology to allow speakers to engage with Wake Forest Law students from their remote locations across the country and beyond.
The inaugural speaker in the series was Christine Meyer Mazzone, General Counsel, Plant Healthcare, who presented “Practice Perspectives from a Research Triangle General Counsel” on Oct. 8.
