Professor Tanya Marsh has launched a new Property Section on Jotwell  “The Journal of Things We Like (Lots)”  with Professor Donald Kochan of the Chapman University School of Law.“Jotwell, the Journal of Things We Like (Lots), is intended to provide a space where legal scholars can go to identify and celebrate the latest work of their colleagues,” the website states. “The goal is to help Jotwell’s readers locate interesting developments both inside and outside of their particular areas of interest and to encourage positive reviews and discussion of legal scholarship.”

The first posting in the Property section co-edited by Marsh and Kochan is Property Law, Law & Economics, and Means for Reaching Distributive Goals by Ezra Rosser.
