As Brookings Institute Fellow, Professor Mark Hall co-writes ‘Making Sense of Invisible Risk Sharing’

Professor Mark Hall, director of the law school’s Health Law and Policy Program, co-wrote the following article, “Making Sense of Invisible Risk Sharing,” with Michigan Law Professor Nicholas Bagley that was published on the Brookings Institute website on April 12, 2017, that addresses the latest development in the Republican effort to replace Obamacare.  Hall is a Nonresident Senior Fellow in the Economic Studies Center for Health Policy program at Brookings.
