45th Walker Moot Court Competition finals set for Friday, April 15

The Wake Forest Gabrielli Family Law Moot Court team of Katherine Haddock (JD ’17), Emily Jeske (JD ’17) and James Lathrop (JD ’17) competed from March 3-5 at the Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition at Albany School of Law in Albany, New York.

“The team represented Wake Forest beautifully, reaching the final four round and earning high praise from every panel of judges they faced,” said Professor Laura Graham, the team’s adviser.

Kayla Frederickson (JD ’16) has accepted a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Richard Diet  (JD ’02) of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.  Frederickson’s clerkship will begin in September 2016, after she completes her third year of law school and takes the North Carolina Bar Exam.
